Reservation, Reservation confirmation and cancellation:

The reservation will only be accepted after confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation coming from a client said to be "at risk" (example: no-show already noted, default of payment, ...).


In the case of a group, the final number of seats must be confirmed to us 10 days before the date of the meal, by email or telephone.

Otherwise, the number of covers taken into account for setting up and invoicing will be the number of covers communicated at the time of booking confirmation, except in cases of force majeure.

• Partner and reservation center:

You have chosen to book through one of our partners, you should know that:

- Your reservation does not have priority on our reservation list awaiting acceptance. Prefer direct booking for this

- Reservations from our partners are sometimes subject to a reconfirmation request, in the absence of a response from you, the reservation will be canceled.

- In the event of a problem with your reservation, we disclaim all responsibility and invite you to contact the service provider through which you made the reservation.

• Bank imprints:

We may ask you for a bank imprint for any reservation request, it will be used as compensation if your reservation is not honored.

This service is provided by our partner Klixi in collaboration with the secure platform Stripe.

For this reason all the information requested in the reservation request is mandatory and must be valid.

 

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation please notify us as soon as possible.

In addition, changes to the reservation date and time are considered a cancellation.

 

Any service / reservation not honored or canceled less than 3 hours before the time of the reservation (= No show) will result in the debit of the card for the amount indicated and communicated at the time of the confirmation request.

• Deposit:

Under certain conditions, such as a pre-established menu for example, we ask for a deposit, the amount of which will be defined in the proposal.

 

Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation with a deposit payment will result in a loss of the deposit

 

Deposits are amounts paid by a customer before delivery of the goods or before the completion of a service. This amount is deducted from the amount of the final invoice established when the order is delivered. The buyer therefore reserves the right not to act, in which case the seller retains the deposit as compensation.

 

The restaurant will not refund the deposit.

 

 

• You are expressly informed that, except for manifest error of which you can provide proof, the data kept in our databases have probative force with regard to the orders / reservations recorded. The data on computer or electronic medium kept regularly constitute admissible and opposable evidence in the same terms and with the same probative force as any document which would be received and kept in writing.

A word of advice: check that the card with which you are going to pay the deposit has cancellation insurance.

A right of withdrawal is not granted for catering services ordered remotely in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
