They have owned the Auberge since June 1991. Mr. and Mrs. Blavette and their staff are commited to make your stay really enjoyable, whether it is for a meal in the restaurant or a few days spent in the hotel.

Come and taste our specialities in our rustic dinning room with its monumental fireplace (roasts on spit available on demand 24h in advance and according to the season and/or our supplies) or on our beautiful shady terrace.

The Auberge

The building of the Auberge des Gorges du Loup was built between 1912 and 1919, it was then a villa.

On November 9, 1919 it was transformed into a hotel-restaurant called "Le Pavillon des Touristes" and it is only in 1944 that it is renamed "l'Auberge des Gorges du Loup" (see the article of the blog for a little history).

The main building where the reception is now located was the only one existing at the time, the restaurant and the extension which is in the south and which includes the kitchen and a floor of rooms were added in the 1950s.

The dovecote that can be seen on the picture on the right still exists today, but hidden by the tall cypresses that shades our beautiful and large terrace.

Timing
The hotel reception is open from 07:30am to 11pm from Tuesday to Saturday, rom 8am to 6pm on Sunday and from 7:30am to 1pm on Monday.

Our establishment is closed for annual leave from mid-November to mid-December and from mid-January to mid-February, thank you for contacting us to know the exact dates.
